We ship orders from Germany and currently deliver across Europe. As a certified distributor in Germany, we process orders quickly so that your products reach you without unnecessary delays.
Orders placed before 14:00 (CET) are usually prepared and handed over to the shipping provider on the same working day. Orders placed after that time are typically shipped on the next working day.
For deliveries within Germany, shipping usually takes 1–2 working days once the package has been handed over to the carrier.
For other European countries, delivery times depend on the shipping provider. We currently ship mainly with UPS, and they will determine the exact delivery time for your destination. In most cases, shipments within Europe arrive within 1–7 working days, but UPS will provide the most accurate estimate.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number from the shipping provider. With this number you can follow your shipment directly through the UPS tracking system.
