If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
As long as the order has not yet been handed over to the shipping provider, we can usually cancel it or make adjustments.
Once the package has already been shipped, changes are unfortunately no longer possible. In that case, you can still make use of your 14-day right of return after receiving the product.
